Christi wrote:Wow, you seem to be making a lot of progress if you can already read kid's news on disabilities! Have you got any articles to recommend from the kid's news site? I think my level might be a bit lower than yours since I can't imagine reading anything like that!

It was the first time I came across that website and I randomly picked an article. The first passages were a bit hard because it had a lot of words pertaining to disabilities but once I got those terms covered it was a much easier read because they are repeated quite often.
A much better choice for reading are Yonsei reading books. I looked a bit through Yonsei 2 and 3, and while Yonsei 2 might be just a tad easier for me I want to start from there so I get used to the sentence patterns. I think Yonsei Reading 2 is suitable for you as well. To be honest I just recently got more into reading so I don't have any free resource I can recommend you.ㅠ_ㅠ Hmm maybe you can read the script from TTMIK Iyagi.

@Christi Today I came across a nice website with children books in Korean and English as well. If you open a book you can see at the bottom of the page a dropdown and you can choose the language.

There's also this for listening: children short fairy tales.

This week has been quite a failure. For the most part I'm an early bird but this week, for some unknown reason, I haven't been able to wake up early. I have to cram the remaining tasks in the weekend.
On a positive side, I bought a book called '신기한 항아리·코에서 나온 쥐·도깨비감투: 신기한 이야기' from Korean graded readers (외국인을 위한 한국어 읽기 100). I hope I can start reading it this weekend.

How I was this weekend:

Basically I didn't do anything except reviewing Anki decks and reading "신기한 항아리". I also watched a lot of Korean variety shows but I don't count that as doing something. Next week will be better.^^
