Thanks Xenops! I have now put both on my list. I note that Monster is available on Netflix Canada, but apparently the anime version of Fullmetal Alchemist was removed within the last couple of years from Netflix Canada. What remains are non-animated real actor movies: Fullmetal Alchemist; Fullmetal Alchemist: Revenge of Scar; and Fullmetal Alchemist: the Final Alchemist.
Yeah...Don't watch those. On the US version Netflix seems to have DeathNote, which is highly recommended, and the first season of Attack on Titan, but not the following seasons. I'm not sure why. If you're new(ish) to anime, your milage will vary with Cowboy Bepop and Neon Genesis Evangelion--both are considered anime classics.
Here is my list of anime/manga on MyAnimeList: https://myanimelist.net/profile/hestia-edwards?q=hestia&cat=user I will say that on that site, an anime's popularity will bloat the ratings: there isn't a Rotten Tomatoes for anime in English.
Also to note, I will not endorse, but just throw it out there: there is so much more anime than what paid streaming services can provide. So much more. A google search will give you a clue.
