I'm curious which ones. Also, are you looking for recommendations there?

Kids shows that were translated into German mostly so like peppa pig and things. I also found a playlist of German kids songs I listened to as well. If you have any good German show recommendations I would love to hear them!

I've been a lazy butt all day haha so I'm just in the mood to not do much of anything. However I will log what I do today.

German
Working on Duolingo tree in hopes that tonight I can take the test and get the completed owl.
Also just watching German videos on youtube and understanding so much more then I used to.
Had someone compliment me on how fluently I read German today as well.
I took a progress quiz on duolingo again and got a 4.5 on it which means I've mastered 90% of the tree I was super surprised!

Oh, I thought you meant actual German kid's shows. There's actually a lot of them available online. For example, you can watch every episode of Tiere bis unters Dach online. (The episodes are also on Youtube, but the ones on kindernetz.de are higher quality.)

The great thing about German is that a lot of German public broadcasting is available free online. Just go to the websites of Das Erste or ZDF and check them out. Some shows are geoblocked, but a lot aren't. I'd recommend looking what aired the previous Saturday and Sunday mornings, since that's when they usually put on their kids shows.

For example, this weekend on Das Erste, in addition to TbuD, they aired Anna und die Haustiere (a nature documentary series) and Die Pfefferkörner, a long running kid detective series.

Awesome Golyplot more stuff to watch to learn and practice German with! Thank you so much for all the suggestions you have given me thus far you are awesome!!!

New day new sort of log. Been pretty busy.

German
Read more of "Wo der gehweg endet" and was doing a lot better at understanding words without too much thought.
i worked on the 50 mistakes I have had on duolingo in German in the past month and cleared all of those out quickly.
My sister had a song that she found a long time ago called "Spring Nicht (Jump Not)" and after it was over I gave her the literal translation of the song. Since they released an English version she told me how close my translation was to that. So that was cool.

One other show worth checking out is In Your Dreams: Sommer deines Lebens. It's a comedy series about two Australian teens who spend the summer living in a German castle.

Interestingly, the show was an Australian-German coproduction and was filmed in English but dubbed in German for the German market. So unfortunately, that means the dialog doesn't match the mouth movements, which is a bit distracting sometimes. But I still recommend it - it's a pretty funny show.
