a) stuff. I mean. I'm trying to talk. You know. In French. Like, actually in French. Like, asking the teacher if I remembered correctly that air pores in concrete increase frost resistance because they are isolated bubbles of air, but that excess water results in the formation of capillary pores which can soak up water again and so reduce frost resistance.
I just like the word chronophage. The dictionary says it means time-consuming, but I want it also to mean "eating up a people's knowledge of their own history".
Also totally couldn't catch that one bit. )= If anybody is willing to try, or check if I got the rest right: Soundcloud
d) Maybe I'm just too lazy. Maybe it would be better to look up everything. Maybe it would be better to drill.

IDEK. Did I write something about learning Western European with different sets of words?
Last episode of Science Publique is about CRISPR/Cas9, which is kinda pretty cool.
Yesterday I wrote several pages for Matériaux de Construction, but other than that, still no word yet. Don't know what to write about.

French exam for this semester. Oh well. I think I did okay in the passive parts, and written expression ... oh well. It's probably a bit better than it used to be.
Didn't count the words though, will add those and the ones for the application for construction materials when I get them back.
Also, because I should be studying for my other exams:
