It's not just the flow and voice. He also gets all the weird lines, like:

"Come on, goblins, it's time to exhibit you."
"I always knew you were a poisonous snake, but I am not a rabbit, so why are you trying to hypnotize me?"

I only understand Быков when he says things like вот or молодец.

I have difficulty with all of them, but Быков is the worst, followed by Лобанов, who is always so agitated.

Why do you feel like an imposter? You'd only be an imposter if you tried to pretend you were a native speaker of Russian. When I first started taking lessons I was very nervous, but over time I lost those nerves. It was a similar experience to when I first played chess competitively. You just have to work through it.

I feel like a total impostor as well. At least you would have the advantage of being a better impostor.

Maybe it will give you comfort to know that at least one person worse than you is making tutors laugh on a weekly basis.
