[Not been keeping log up to date as conscientiously as I'd like....the referendum and its aftermath has played a part....]
[Have been doing the odd bit of listening and reading beyond what little gets logged, but my rhythm has been upset for the time being]
Not quite Swedish
A one-off drama on BBC 4: http://www.bbc.co.uk/iplayer/episode/b0 ... -hypnotist ○○○ (115m)

http://www.imdb.com/title/tt1556243/
"The Hypnotist" - "When a man and his family are found brutally murdered in a suburb outside Stockholm, Detective Inspector Joona Linna tries to persuade a doctor, Erik Maria Bark, to hypnotise a traumatised witness. But it has been ten years since Erik last practised hypnosis, and he has promised never to do it again. When he finally agrees, a chain of terrifying events starts. Thriller based on the best-selling novels of Lars Kepler. In Swedish with English subtitles." - This was pretty good I thought.
Mikael Persbrandt, the actor who played Erik, the hypnotist looked vaguely familiar. IMDB has reminded me that he was in the "Beck" series, that BBC4 showed some of. I didn't recognise any other actor.
(I now realise I forgot to watch "Dicte" on More4 on Friday, and will have to "catch up").
