Hi! And welcome to my log!
I am a native Czech speaker interested in learning languages. During my life I went through various stages of dabbling, learning and studying more than 20 languages. I had learnt some of them to higher levels and then abandoned them and have mostly forgotten them, in some of them I learnt only basics. But what I learnt is that I know how languages work now and can use it for my subsequent language study. The only limitation is time.
Currently I am learning French, Swedish and Japanese. I decided to start learning Polish. For the next 100 days I will study Polish with a substantial effort. My intention is to spend as much time as possible on Polish and at least some time on the rest. I am really curious to see how far I will get with Polish within 100 days.
As for French I have been learning it for many years but my progress is rather slow. Now I am somewhere around B1.
I use four French textbooks that I find really awesome:
Bescherelle La grammaire pour tous
Bescherelle La conjugation pour tous
Bescherelle Le vocabulaire pour tous
Bescherelle L'orthographe pour tous
I also use two Czech textbooks:
Francouzština pro pokročilé samouky 1 & 2
And of course many resources found freely on the internet.
I have started learning Swedish recently. I use a Czech textbook Švédština nejen pro samouky and Assimil Le suédois sans peine.
I have been learning Japanese for about year. So far I have spent more than 250 hours studying Japanese. I know both kana, a few kanji and about 1000 words. Also I did about 2/3 of Pimsleur I. Again I use a Czech textbook and Assimil Le japonais sans peine.
Polish is a new addition to my language learning portfolio. Because it is very close to Czech I expect to progress quite rapidly and without difficulty.
So this little introduction into my language study and future plans is done. Feel free to ask any questions if interested. Also correcting any of my errors in any language is more than welcome.

Welcome to the forum!
There are many learners here who are studying the same target languages as you, and there are also native speakers.

I also presume that this will be the case. I will be glad if you will write the encountered similarities/differences. Perhaps I will try to learn Czech one day
If you will have any questions concerning Polish, do not hesitate to ask!

Thank you, cjareck. I am really looking forward to exploring the differences between Czech and Polish. There are a few aspects of Czech grammar that I do not particulary like and I am curious how it is handled in Polish.

Day 1 of 100 days of intensive Polish
Today I have spent 2h 21m studying Polish. First I have studied Polish phonology and practised pronunciation. Then I started Unit 1 of my textbook. First I learnt the new vocabulary for the unit. Of course, like every language textbook, its first unit contained a lot of very useful, maybe life-saving words, such as piwo, wino, koniak. I really wonder who makes these language textbooks? Anyway, learning Polish seems to be more fun than I expected.

Well, no. It really looks like some cunning provocation.

1 hour and 59 minutes would kill me.
I'd have to spend 1 minute doing anything to get met to an even 2 hours, even just repeating a new vocabulary word over and over.

My timepiece says 1h 59m. There is nothing to be done about it.
