In case you were not aware, the Peace Corps also has a short beginner's Thai textbook with audio that is free to download here. I do not study Thai so I cannot vouch for it, but perhaps there is someone else here who can.

Goethe-Verlag's 50languages Book2 is an underrated resource, in my opinion. Even if it doesn't teach grammar, it's very valuable as a free resource for listening and pronunciation practice for a lot of languages.
