Re: 2019 Korean Log
In my own studies of Korean I've come to realize that output, while reliant on input, is still a different mental track. You need to push it forward by practicing output.
Something which can be kind of interesting is to stop somewhere on a street corner or while sitting at a restaurant and attempt to describe the scene in the target language. The two nice things about this are that you cannot control what you have to describe, and that it skips the usual native language -> target language which is often a crutch in producing output.
The downside is that unless you're recording yourself and sending to a native speaker, you'll get no feedback or correction on anything you say. So it has its ups and downs.
I'm certainly no language learning expert nor have I actually mastered Korean... so I have no place to really comment. But its a suggestion you could try and see if it works for you.

Re: 2019 Korean Log
have you tried sitcoms?? high kick through the roof ( 지붕 뚫고 하이킥) from 2009 is a famous, popular one and the script is available. I like korean sitcoms more than korean dramas since they're more geared toward families.

It's also on VIKI which provides korean subs

Actually I think the unstoppable kick (2006) is the one that's the most popular??
it's script is available too

and it's also on viki https://www.viki.com/tv/29540c-unstoppable-high-kick
I'm currently really into the rap shows like high school rapper 2, show me the money 777 (and I'm looking forward to kill bill: target billboard). they're just very entertaining to me.
