For now I will focus on Chinese and German. The other languages (Korean, French, Japanese and Danish) I will focus more on when I feel like it.
Currently I am switching between reading chapters from assimil chinese and colloqiual chinese (Pollard).
I am really enjoying colloqiual chinese, however I haven't been able to find the character text book that goes along with it.
I am also reading Schön, dass du tot bist by Martine Kamphuis, a psychothriller, but not that heavy.

Re: Maimai's log (Chinese, Korean, German, French)
- Repeated Chinese immersion lesson 1 and 2 (readingexercise)
- read colloqiual chinese (pinyin book) and Assimil Chinese ch1,2,3,4
Chapter 4 feels for both books a lot more difficult than the previous chapters. I probably have to repeat them a few times.
- read Assimil french ch1 and 2
I have found the character text book accompanying colloquial Chinese for a reasonable price, so I can practice that too.

Re: Maimai's log (Chinese, Korean, German, French)
July update:
Chinese:
Currently using Assimil together with colloquial Chinese and immersive Chinese, and... it is fun.
However, I am not sure how to count the pages I've read,
so I changed my goal from reading x pages a day to complete 5 books in Chinese (assimil 1, assimil 2, colloquial chinese, and two other books).
I found some fun stuff to watch in Chinese (Chibi Maruko, foxstories, peppa pig), however they are all a little too difficult.
Peppa pig is the most comprehensible, but it really varies per episode what I am able to understand.
French:
Using anki (someone made an anki deck for french in action which I am currently using).
I tried watching blue lock (an anime about football) in French. I do enjoy watching it, but... I am barely able to understand anything.
