I think this is really cool and enjoy your log. But I’m just posting for support - our language overlap is only German and I’ve got access to oodles of books. And I’m glad to see someone else get a book that they’ll use.

Great idea, but I would only sign up if you could send me an e-book in case I won. I am more and more anti-paper.

But since this paper already exists (it's been sitting on IM's shelf after all) then could you not consider it as recycling?

I sure could but I’ll let someone else do the recycling for me. Whoever wins will probably put the book to better use than I would.

German - because of the existence of their magnificent words "verschlimmbessern" and "Kummerspeck".

You're not a C1 (or B1 or whatever) if you haven't tested.

I was concerned about googling "Kummerspeck" on a work computer but it turned out fine! Sort of. Does it really translate as "grief bacon"?

I guess I'll get my submission in before the deadline. I only have one book in Esperanto (Marvirinstrato) and I would love a second one! It would help to motivate me to improve my malbonega (doubleplusungood for all you folks without green star underwear) Esperanto.

Winner randomly generated and contacted. Actually, I decided to draw two random winners so they've both been contacted. Check your PMs!
And thanks to all who have played along. Now, get back to studying!
