Re: Question on "Aquí te presentan"
Using this form means the subject is implied. It's a way of creating passive sentences without using the reflexive form.
Compare the use of English "they" (where they is unspecified) "here they show you the results you need to obtain."
In other words, it's not important who is presenting what. The more important thing is that things are being presented, and who actually presents them... well, it matters a dingo's kidney, as they say.
It's a phrasing used when the person doing something is unknown or we don't want or feel the need to specify who does something.

This is the sentence that puzzles me, since the "presenters" are known: the writer of the article. I would expect "aqui te presentamos".
Aquí te presentan los 5 supermercados más baratos y nuestras recomendaciones sobre lo que hay allí por el precio más bajo.

Re: Question on "Aquí te presentan"
Whoever wrote the article made a mistake there, and you're right, it *should* be presentamos (or maybe aquí te presento, or he/hemos aquí, or aquí están los 5 supermecados, etc.).
It's not the only mistake or strange thing in the article either.
* Hacer Compras en Alemania -> (Haciendo) compras en Alemania ~ Cómo hacer compras en Alemania
* pensióna -> pensión
* a la larga está demasiado caro -> a la larga es demasiado caro
* todos alimentos diarios -> todos los alimentos diarios
...And I'm going to stop there, at the introduction, although there are more mistakes. This was written by a non-native speaker with imperfect knowledge or made with machine translation.
