Youtube language personalities in other languages
Are there any Moses McCormicks, Steve Kauffmans, etc. from non-English speaking countries who do their videos in their native language? I mean people who talk about the journey of language learning itself, not teaching a specific language. I'm personally looking for someone who does videos in German or Italian, but also let us know of you know of any others for those who might be interested in the same for their languages!

Re: Youtube language personalities in other languages
I'm not sure if this is what you're looking for, but on Italiano Automatico, Alberto often discusses language learning since he speaks several languages (he always speaks in Italian). You can search a general phrase on his youtube channel like "Come imparare le lingue" and a bunch of general language learning videos will pop up. Here is one example:
Additionally, while he makes many videos in English, Luca Lampariello has made several really good ones in his native language (Italian). Here is an example:

Sprachheld interviews polyglots and language learning experts primarily in German. He also has a few videos with language learning tips.
