This is a list I sent into a bookstore specialising in foreign books. It is based on some review blogs and on lists of books with Spanish scifi/fantasy awards. The first two are the rest of the El Mapa del tiempo trilogy by Felix J. Palma I wholeheartedly recommend, I really liked the first book.
I didn't get the books in the end. Instead of six weeks, it took like four months and the bookstore moved a bit further away, so I haven't been there for the other three months and they have probably sold the books to other people. Well, when I can, I'll buy from Amazon. If you happen to read them before me, I'd love to read your opinion before buying them

Serguéi Lukiánenko (Серге́й Васи́льевич Лукья́ненко) writes the best space operas these days in my opinion. There may not be that many books of the genre originally in Spanish, but if the translations are ok, his books are definitely worth it. Las estrellas son juguetes fríos or Spectrum might be interesting starting points for you.

You might want to have a look at the works that were either nominated for or have won the Ignotus Awards (Premios Ignotus).
I do not speak Spanish and have never read a work of science fiction originally written in that language so I cannot vouch for the quality of the literature you will find. However, the little research that I did suggested to me the Ignotus Awards are similar to the Hugo or Nebula Awards but grander. The categories include, besides novels, short stories, essays, anthologies, magazines, and websites.
