Speaking about the original sentence - "Here, let me help you with those flowers" - it's one of the examples of the impossibility of verbatim translation English to Russian and vice versa. Nearly always we have to sacrifice something, because otherwise it will sound silly and unnatural. I'd suggest "Позвольте-ка я помогу вам с этими цветами", where the -ка plays the same role as "here" in the original, adding nothing to the actual meaning but indicating less formal approach.
