I am not english native and I am trying to understand - what is that mean: the word 'here' (looks like it an introduce word)
But what sence it carry there?
'Now' or 'please' or something like 'open heart with pleasure'?

Yes, I would say it's a kind of filler or introductory word. You could replace it with please or something similar.

I have never heard 'open heart with pleasure'!

One context for this: you walk up to someone needing help and say "Here, let me help you ..."

The "here" is simply a way of telling the person you are there - "I'm here, listen to what I'm about to say".

I'm afraid I don't have access to your dictionary, only to mine.

Oh, and it's not especially wise to use a dictionary when one doesn't know a word. We learned to do so in primary school.

(Translation: pretty much what was said in English before me).
