Hi
Does anyone recognise these words from another language? In English the words sound like 'boya dooa'. No more info than that. Thank you.

Could it be boa duas? Not sure if it's even grammatical in isolation.

I couldn't find any reference to it. What context did you find it in? It could be some form of proper noun, a misspelling or it could just be a nonsense word.
