What does "longy" mean in Spanish?
Anybody that knows Spanish can translate this word "longy"? It sounds like "longgy" or "longgie" like the g in egg and with the ee sound at the end. Also there is a "longgarita" and "longgerina" what do these mean?

Source is native speakers.
Context is they call me this everyday and before I report them it might be nice to know what it means, it's like a nickname or insult?

Maybe it's a form of lángaro. Looks like it could mean lanky, shifty or a bum/slacker. I'm not a native speaker though.

Maybe you've heard "hacerse el longuis".

Re: What does "longy" mean in Spanish?
The ending -ita is a common diminutive. And that is the feminine form. You can add it to a name. For example, if someone is named Sara, you could add the -ita to the end to make it Sarita. Little Sara. Similar to how you might say Johnny instead of John in English.
You can use it with regular words as well. For instance, gordo/a means fat and flaco/a means skinny. The diminutives would be gordito/a and flaquito/a (there is a slight spelling change here to preserve the hard c sound).
Diminutives are often affectionate but it could also be disrespectful, depending on how it is used and the level of familiarity.
I don't know what the "longy" part of it means.

I have no clue, I've never heard such a word in Spanish.
If it's a nickname, I think it could be literally the English word "long" with -y/-ie attached (maybe because you're tall or something).
Are they from Spain, so that the "longuis" word mentioned above could apply?

As other have alluded to, that isn't enough context. There are many native speakers, and if you were asking about something someone said to you in English, you would make a point of telling us where the person was from. Spanish is as widely spoken as English, so it needs similar information.
