And it was the thing that stopped me working on my great plan -- I was waiting for Duolingo to go through all the VC money and go bust.
Unfortunately, I underestimated the power of Luis von Ahn and Severin Hacker to draw in VC dollars.
Should I have done it anyway? Would there ever have been the money for it? Probably not.
