Q: Has anyone accidentally learned a foreign language?

A: Well, to some extent yes. I had brought two parallel booklets plus a Malay dictionary back from Singapore in the belief that one of them was in Bahasa Melayu (the other one was in English). Then I discovered that it was in Bahasa Indonesia, and therefore I ended up studying Bahasa Indonesia instead of Bahasa Melayu.

Q: How much work is a minor in Russian, and how far will it take me in Russian?
A: Somewhere between no Russian a all and a major.

- If you had 3 hours a day, could you advance ‘well’ in 6 or 7 languages?

- Depends on how rigid you are.

- Yocabulary resources neglecting genders
- Just learn a language without gender.

Q: What are some of the most helpful language logs?
A: Finally, the log I have wanted to start for years!

Didn't work, Catalan fell out of the blender.

Then you need to add more Spanish stems and roots.
