Q: Definition of a polyglot.
A: A polyglot is someone who has multiple tongues in their mouth.
N.B. "Multiple" absolutely cannot mean more than five; as tasks like speaking, eating, and drinking become impossible when you have six tongues in your mouth.

True, but it can still be a lot of fun, depending on whose tongues they are.

Re: The Answers to Discussion Topics
Q: Learning basic level of every language
A: EVERY language ??? Methinks a slightly overambitious study plan..
Q: What translators think about polyglots? Language degree WANTED
A: Is that what the translators think about polyglots - that we should get a language degree first thing?
Q: Isn't it Romantic? SCMT learns Spanish and French
A: No, it is Romance rather than Romantic (depends on who you study them with, though)
Q: What did your parents tell you when they discovered you study 2nd language on your own?
A: Oh no, not one more...
Q: Which language do you think is the hardest language to comprehend?
A: Maybe the language on the Phaistos disk - or the one used in the Voynitch manuscript.
Q: 100 Hours of Native-to-Native Discourse
A: Maybe Native-to-You would be more relevant
Q: A language without "no"
A: better be without "yes" too then..
