Which Romance language should I pick? Whichever one will get me the most dates.

Do you talk to strangers? Only if they speak one of my target languages.

Q: Do you talk to strangers?
A: Yes. It is a very effective way to stop them sitting down next to you on the bus or train.

Q: Do you talk to strangers?
A: Not anymore. I used to work in a library, so talking to strangers was part of my job too. It's hard for me to believe this now, but I was the resident French speaker.

Q. Takeaways for effective learning
A. If you're learning any Chinese, Turkish or Indian languages, I know a few takeaways and you might be able to impress locals like Xiaomanyc does.
