On another project:

The goals of the company are quite ambitious—clean, continuous energy for 1 cent per kilowatt-hour, and the ability to manufacture enough power plants to satisfy the current electrical demand of earth in a ten year period.

The EU will solve the AI ethics dilemma
TEDxBrussels

by Eva Kaili
Technology per se is not good or bad. A knife can be used to chop onions or to injure someone. The same can be said about AI.
AI development must be guided by basic ethical principles and be based on common values and principles: transparency, human oversight, accountability, etc.

I'm not sure what you mean by "creative core", but I believe intelligence has already been solved on a broad framework level. Analogous to our understanding of evolution following Darwin, which still had a lot of holes in it. But more data is required.

Maybe ChatGPT's intelligence isn't so artificial.

Not only is it intelligent, but it's also capable of more diplomacy and tact than I would be!
