I've been checking Pacific Power (electrical company), for power shutdown information, and I noticed their announcements in other languages (there are 9 total). But I can't recognize a couple of the languages! And google translate can't figure it out. Possibly native american languages of Oregon/Washington/Northern California? Or a transliteration?

Re: Recognize these languages?
Interesting...these appear to be Mixtec and Zapotec languages (branches of the Oto-Manguean language family, indigenous to Mexico and Mesoamerica).
