Where can one find them?
So far I could only find several books from Circon Verlag.

Re: Graded readers in Swedish with audio
From this publisher there are still two graded readers in Swedish with audio available. You can get them as download from various sites, for example buecher.de
Just google the titles "Fatal vänskap" and "Den blodiga stranden"

Re: Graded readers in Swedish with audio
You can find plenty of books in "lättläst svenska", audiobooks eg here https://www.ordochbok.se/ljudbocker/lattlast.html (corresponding ebook to be bought separately).
Not for complete beginners and no well-defined levels.
But rough levels on this publisher site: https://www.nyponochviljaforlag.se/om-o ... aer-vilja/
https://www.nyponochviljaforlag.se/om-o ... aer-nypon/
with filtering by levels in these categories https://www.nyponochviljaforlag.se/latt ... a-svenska/

Re: Graded readers in Swedish with audio
There's for example Väst-noveller as book and ebook: https://buske.de/fremde-sprachen/s/schw ... eller.html You can find the audio under "Downloads".
Otherwise there are lättläst books with and without audio (like someone already mentioned). Or you could use news in simple Swedish (from Finland: YLE nyheter på lätt svenska, Sweden: SVTplay Nyheter på lätt svenska. At least the Finnish one comes with a transcript, but it may not always fit perfectly. I have no experience with the Swedish one.
There are also Pages such as ll-bladet and 8 sidor, where you can listen to a computer reading easy news.
And you may also be interested in SFIpodd. Those audios are put into different levels of difficulty (called Storlek S, M or L) and come all with a transcript in form of a pdf.
I hope that helps, even if those are mostly not exactly graded readers like the ones you were mentioning.

Re: Graded readers in Swedish with audio
Olly Richard's readers aren't too bad either (and comparatively cheap), I haven't read the Swedish one, but the stories are the same in each language

I saw a few pages of the Irish one and it was weird. Weird enough I'd advise people to stay away from it. Lots of translations that, while technically not wrong, were unidiomatic and unnatural from an Irish perspective (but translated literally back into their English original). Same with direct translations of idioms, and even some outright mistakes.

Thank you! I bookmarked these valuable sources although, when it comes to news, I will wait till better times. I'm dabbling in a couple of languages in my spare time now precisely not read the news.

Well done! Nypon / Vilja is one of the go-to resources for libraries. Here are descriptions of their levels (the ones under Lättlästnivå):
https://www.nyponochviljaforlag.se/om-o ... aer-nypon/
https://www.nyponochviljaforlag.se/om-o ... aer-vilja/
https://www.nyponochviljaforlag.se/om-o ... dra-sprak/
And then we can find books according to their LIX-level.

As for the prices, well, I think schools and libraries are the only ones that order this material.
