So professor Arguelles was right when he was walking while using the shadowing technique...

So that's why I started to forget all my languages when I stretched my knee and had to put my running on pause!

That's definitely a fact.
Walking or jogging has all kinds of beneficial effects on the brain. The video is geoblocked, however. Are you able to watch it?

I can watch it from the UK. If your TV set has Arte's catch-up application that might be another option, and it might show up on Arte's YouTube channel at some point.tungemål wrote: The video is geoblocked, however. Are you able to watch it?
EDIT
ARDmediaThek.de has the German language version too, but I can't watch that. Perhaps you can? (Title: Gehen - Wundermittel für Körper und Seele)

One of the research articles is here. https://www.pnas.org/doi/full/10.1073/pnas.1805668115
The exercise was done before the study phase.
The study was a visual recall, based on a test of "is this item seen before or is it new".
16 participants were better able to detect differences in objects - resulting in some, minor, short-term recall improvements.
Promotes learning may be a stretch...
Any type of exercise (at 30% of 02 SAT) is postulated to give this (once again, minor) result.
