The Polyglot Conference in Cholula, Mexico was recently announced for October 28th-30th, 2022.

Also Polyglot Conference Global (their online event) will also happen again between October 1st-9th.
Cholula is a great location, I have to say I'm tempted but not sure this is the year for me to plan more travel.
