I haven't translated the articles yet, but I can already guess the Romanian one: Basically, Romania has closed its airspace for Russia on ?

It\s better to start with simple texts for kids or texts from graduated readers, course books.
Rotts are diffrent from romanian languages
Goog news. Listening is much easier because every letter has always the same prononciation... So if you know how to write it,you know how to prononce it properly.
Try ASSIMIL.
Find very simple text in english and translate it into russian with google translate or deepL, translation from russian to eng is good

Good advice about kids books.

To be honest, I understood next to zero of the Romanian text although I'm fluent in French and Spanish.

The Russian text was easier I had to look up the HIV but it was obvious the were talking about a cure. Reading Russian is not the problem to me, it is writing and the  grammar.

I use Yandex for cheating and it works well for me for all sorts of technical stuff

I disagree with this because material for kids is often strange, and almost always boring to adults. Also, would you mind changing you avatar to something less political?
