sometimes I think ;
whether any word for a foreigner ,which that foreigner has no idea can mean anything or influence that one.
According to sibernetics , the answer is NO, it does not mean anything (because , the existing scientific approach accepts languages as cryptographic communication. )
but I still think..
Summary of my idea:
1- one is responsible on what he / she does.
2- I personally believe if anyone would understand something bettter, he/she can choose learning language(s)
3- there are some controversial or unclear details in this field , sometimes such details can reach to paradigms.
What is the point of mastering/learning so many languages?

Benefits, job, money... Do people learn to sing or draw only for the money dance? Personal development or cultural knowledge is far more important in some countries or for some people. The same for learning languages...

ego, unless you earn your living with all your 5 languages, which is not highly probable. or as one of my good friends once put it (she holds an MSc in Slavistics from University of Zurich and she's very fluent in 5 languages): "What do you need a degree in linguistics for? To impress idiots!"
