Probably not, but those francophones are having another poke at their old nemesis. This time with the options on a cash machine. Photo taken in Brussels. Is it a win for the Irish (as the only remaining native-English-speaking EU members) or a poke in the eye for the Irish language?

In Brussels shouldn't they be using the Flanders/Wallonia flags for Dutch and French?

It wasn't me who took the photo, but I'd say probably not because it's not in Wallon or Flemish, just standard versions. Personally I think it would be great if they did.

Regardless of the languages. Countries should really put a lot more thought into their flags. 2 or 3 strips of different colours is basically useless as an identifier.

Not to mention the fact that Francophone Bruxellois aren't Walloons.

The "federation wallonie-bruxelles", does, appear to use the Walloon flag.

Maltese is the national language of Malta. English is a 'second language'.

They're both official languages in Malta.
