Yes, I'm on a few open water swimming Facebook groups whose language medium is Russian. When I had Twitter I followed Italian, BCS, and Russian news feeds. I'm in several Esperanto FB groups, and manage one. Still follow a couple Cornish FB groups, too.

Definitely recommend it. Good way to integrate language into your normal day.
