Re: Any good Youtube channels in Spanish?
Although I'm not personally a Spanish learner, you may be able to find a few recommendations by searching the forum, although I'm sure more would be welcome. For example, @golyplot recommended Luisito Comunica a few months ago - he suggested that it is approximately intermediate in difficulty level.

Re: Any good Youtube channels in Spanish?
Your post reminded me of a resource that I found and plan to use for German that is available in several languages, including Spanish. Namely, es.Youglish.com. What it allows you to do is find content based on specific diction that you feed it (it returns native YT video using exactly that word, etc). It seems like it would pair with whatever additional material you may have at hand, and importantly allows you to steer in a targeted direction, nicely sidestepping and avoiding narrow, but over-represented topics. It may be a different way of exploring youtube all together and hopefully it leads you to some cool channels.

Hi Tom. Could you be a bit more specific as to what kind of content you like to watch? I personally don't care much about the typical Youtuber, but I follow a few "serious" YouTube channels in Spanish, like El País for news and comments, EspañolPlus, which is a channel for advanced Spanish learners and has some good videos about Spanish art and literature as well as useful videos about Spanish grammar, or Astronomiaweb which, as the title inicates, has videos abot astronomy and cosmology. I don't know if these are the kind of topics that would interest you though.

Re: Any good Youtube channels in Spanish?
There's a lot of content on youtube in Spanish beyond amateur youtubers, virtually anything you want. I suggest you search youtube, or google (topic + video) but search in Spanish for the topics in which you have interest. Deutsche Welle en Español en Vivo has presenters from all over the Spanish-speaking world and a 24 hour live channel with news and various general interest programs, all free. I also enjoy their documentary channel en español- DW Documental. The documentaries are high quality, diverse and interesting. Have you had a look at our Spanish Group thread? You can also find a lot of recommendations there. Member Jaleel10 has been inactive for a while now but made plenty of youtube recomendations there, in the 50's pages.

As ryanheise said, I highly recommend LuisitoComunica. If you like vlogs this is an awesome channel. And apart from being entertaining and interesting, his videos are funny.

Re: Any good Youtube channels in Spanish?
I'm a Colombian native speaker
The best recommendation I can give you is try to find a channel who speaks about a topic you really prefer, even about a topic you are an expert. Try to find a specific topic in spanish and then explore the channel of a video you really like. For instance, Do you like movie-related channels showing interesting facts about movies and TV like WhatMojo? So, try WhatMojo en español. After whatching some videos, Youtube will recommend you some related channels
With the aforementioned in mind, I can recommend my favourites channels. I consider it high quality content, but not necessarily the best content for a learner. Some of them have slang and localism (Between parenthesis, the accent):
Top de Impacto: about international politics (neutral). Has a sort of "international conspiracy" narrative, but everithing is supported by evidence.
Un mundo inmenso: Geography-related curiosities (Soft Argentinian). Show the history of particular, remote or unusual places around the world
Emprende aprendiendo: About enterpreneurship and business (Spaniard). He shows some famous companies experiences to learn about.
Antonio García Villarán. Art critic (Strong spaniard)
Jaime Altozano. Music critic and divulgator. (Strong spaniard).
And I have also a channel about argumentation, languages and polyglottery. I have a neutral Central-Colombian accent

Re: Any good Youtube channels in Spanish?
It all depends on what exactly you are looking for.
You can find pretty much anything in Spanish these days. You can search for popular vloggers, channels on history, geography, science in general, sports, films, music, gym etc.
You can try to pick up any topic of your interest or just watch random channels to see if it is your thing and your style.
For example, I'm interested in cooking, to improve my skills and also learn new recipes. Instead of reading boring recipes, I rather watch a video another language while preparing my meals. I love Peruvian and Colombian food, but I like to watch videos on Spanish, Chilean and other Spanish speaking countries videos.
On cuisine (just some random ones that appeared on my feed).

If you are into football, you can see how Argentinians do react while watching a game: River x Boca. What a “Clásico de fútbol!”. I learned many expressions not taught in German and Russian textbooks by watching Bayern München’s and Zenit’s games and mingling with local fans when I was in both Germany and Russia. I learned many profanity or swear words, new expressions and idioms I have never heard before.

I usually watch or listen to them while doing something else. Their Spanish is very clear and easy to understand. The last videos I watched were “Tristan Da Cunha, the most inaccessible inhabited place on the planet” and “North Sentinel Island, how does the most isolated tribe in the world live”.
