(As inspired by a long and amusing tradition which of course continues unchanged elsewhere.)

…you want to recommend an awesome untranslated novel to a relative who's studying the same L2 as you are, but then you realize that he won't be able to read it in the next few years unless you offer to totally overhaul his language-learning plan. "Here, let me explain these things called CEFR levels, and offer you a list of fairly effective courses…" :oops:

... you get a little off the subject at a meeting at work and end up accidentally giving an Esperanto lesson in the middle of the meeting. I must say that the boss caught on really quick to the idea of making new words using affixes though.
