I find it helps a lot if I spend a few minutes before the session warming up by speaking out loud. It’s even better if I watch a short video or read aloud a little in the language first, before doing the speaking warmup. It switches my brain to the right language.

Yes, I once did five languages in a day.

I was exhausted by the end of it. (It was French, Romanian, Russian, Hebrew and Korean)

No, I've had a student book 2 hours back to back before and they found it tough. (it didn't help that we were discussing somewhat complex grammar points for most of that time!)

If you are to do it then I recommend making sure that the activities during that time are switched up often to try to minimize fatigue.
