I dont know if it works but...
I need a chat partner. We could exchange language (on wechat if you have or you could suggest the app you are using). I could help you with Mandarin. And you help me with English.

This forum is about the discussion of languages. I'm not sure if exchange requests are allowed or not, but they are uncommon on this forum. You will have better luck using
Conversation Exchange or
iTalki to find language exchange partners.
