Koreans informally refer to dialects as '사투리'. Next time you go back, ask for 'Jeju saturi' and you might hear some.

I would also highly encourage you to speak to old people and if you get a chance, the fisherwomen. Jeju is famous for its grandmothers who swim and fish.
