Anyone else getting MySQL Error 1040: Too many connections?

OK, I sure some people are getting this error because it's a MySQL error. It doesn't seem to last long. Until we know the future of this community, I guess it's not really worth addressing, but I thought I should report it as it has happened to me at least once each day since I joined, since it could be a recurring problem if everybody sticks around.

I previously completed 30 from 113 of Assimi's New French with Ease lessons.
I will start the lessons over since I abandoned them long ago.
