Just a suggestion for a new site name.

I have long tried to abide by the guidance that says "Never use negative words to say something positive". Maybe this "Why Not" is more of an invitation than a negative tone. But I personally would prefer a totally-positive name, such as "Let's Learn Languages".

I really like the notification feature ! The hearts are a little odd, though.

I only suggested the name because it's an anagram of How to Learn Any Language. :)

I've just added another new extension, suggested by Zireael. This one was written and publicly released by the kind folks over at the Unilang language forum:

  • Virtual keyboard. When composing a message, click on the tiny "Show virtual keyboard" link below the box. This provides a wide selection of IPA symbols (ɨʉɯʈɖɟɮt͡st͡ɕǁǂ˥˩˧˦˧aʱ), plus extended Latin, Greek and Cyrillic alphabets. The source code is available if you want to propose any additions.
This one is definitely worth trying out. It's a very sweet extension, and totally ideal for a language-learning forum. But please remember these extensions are highly experimental for now!

Looks great! Nice to see support for the polytonic system for Greek. This should come in handy. Muahahahaha.

I previously completed 30 from 113 of Assimi's New French with Ease lessons.
I will start the lessons over since I abandoned them long ago.

I like NTRHTLAL as the new domain name! :)

It also has the advantage(?) of making me think of "narwhal". ;)

This corny heart for casting a vote gives me the creeps. I want to express respect for a position or an eloquent post, but not to "give love".

As far as I know, we can customize the icons and text used by the "Post Love" plugin, though it might need to wait a while unless somebody wants to fork the plugin's source code on GitHub and modify it.

How do people feel in general about the heart? Should we replace it with a "+1" or "thumbs up" icon? I enabled all these experimental features so that we could get feedback, so feedback is very welcome. :-)
