I like this, but would cut it down to "Independent language learning hints" or just "About independent language learning" - then we haven't promised too much in the resource department, and we look like nice modest people in a world plagued by senseless selfpromoting and misleading advertising.

As it has been mentioned by others above, even those among us who frequent school or use tutors know that that won't be enough to learn any language. You have to do the main part of the work yourself, and that means that we are independent learners.
