The opening message of the HTLAL wikia reads, in part, "The HTLAL server is down and there's no information about the reasons."
Because the HTLAL server is back up and has been up for several days, I propose that that message be removed from the page.

It is a wiki, I think you can edit it yourself. (But I'm not 100% certain of this)

Hmmm, let's see:
HTLAL Outages
Sometimes, without warning, HTLAL goes down. Since the site's administrator almost always isn't aware*, he often has to be tracked down and told about the outage. Then, also without warning, the site suddenly comes back up again. The outage can last for days or weeks and no one ever knows why because the administrator never communicates the reason for the outage or keeps the community informed.
*sometimes the site is purposely taken down for unspecified "maintenance", again with no advance warning or communication of any kind, some people find that the site is still up by typing in the actual url using a group of numbers. People post and all the posts get eaten when the site comes back, unless Mr. Warper has his back-up running- see The week that never was. Of course, since the administrator doesn't communicate, even though there is a warning about maintenance when accessing the site, most of us just thought, given past history, that it was another outage.
