I would definitely come down to London for this, but unfortunately I'll be away on holiday on those dates.
Best of luck with this, enjoy yourselves, and if it goes well let's plan another London meetup!

Other than hitting up a couple of books stores and a pub, anyone have any suggestions about what they might like to do or see?

I don't know really, personally I'm more into group activities and language games rather than sightseeing, but let's see what the others say.

I'm afraid that Grant and Cutler is now closed, but it has been absorbed by Foyle's, which would be at the top of my list for foreign-language bookshops in London. It has a good two shelves of Icelandic literature, which as you can imagine is saying something!

I think once we hit the pub, we won't be seeing much else ... Just me?
Seriously though, I'm all for sitting around for hours chatting to be honest. Still, some sort of live music event in the evening would be nice I guess. Do people even do those in the UK though? Or is it just a European thing?

Re: LLorg London 2017
So, is this still happening? I would like to book my hotel and train tickets some time soon, to spend as little as possible, but I want to make sure that there'll be someone to spend the weekend with first!
