OK, I'll be the organiser, but I'll need lots of assistance and I'm not really comfortable about holding peoples money. So might need a designated "accountant" who's willing to hold any money and make any payments, etc.
So if your coming please tell me or post in the thread and I'll add you to the attendees at the start of the thread. If you're willing to assist in the organisation let me know that too and I'll sort out some communication method.

We already have a list, don't we? Made by Elenia that only misses dampingwire.
I could help with this or that, just not holding people's money - I'm scared as well.
But if we're not going to rent a hall, what will we be gathering money for, really? Tickets everyone could pay for themselves locally, books and food and transport are individual expenses and I'm not seeing much else to spend money on.

Good points. If you can please update the first post of the thread with the names, then we can work on organization. If there is more than 10 people we might need a room in a pub or hotel? First let's get the names then go from there. If anyone has anything specific the want to do in London post it here.

Not entirely sure whether I will still be in the UK or not, but if so I would tag along. I would feel a little silly in terms of language ability compared to the rest of you guys, though.

Well, 10 was my "finger in the air" break point for needing somewhere other than a pub to meetup and chat. Obviously with 10 people we don't need anything huge. July will soon be on us. I'm open for activities suggestions?
