Yes, both Assimil Hindi and Assimil Sanskrit display in Devanagari (and only in Devanagari).

I open the playlist file with notepad++ and use regular expressions to slice everything away except for the titles of the tracks. Then I paste the list of sentences into a spreadsheet. I take the text file with the sentences and open the file with chrome and use google translate to produce rough translations into English. I copy and paste the translated sentences into the spreadsheet.
I save it as a .csv file making sure that I save it as utf-8.

It takes about 10 minutes to produce a couple of thousand anki cards.
Regular expressions rule.

This is very intriguing to me. I would like to do this with my Assimil Spanish with Ease files, but am not quite sure that I understand the process. I don't suppose that you would mind elaborating a little bit or sharing additional information. You say that you can produce a couple thousand anki cards in about 10 minutes. That is incredible! I missed the part where you put them into anki. Is that after you save the .csv file? The method looks really cool, but it is not entirely clicking for me. I am not super techy.

I have to do work right now. I'll try to fully elaborate the steps later, maybe tomorrow.
