Re: How many countries/cities have you travelled?
Far too many, and I think I've seen enough... I believe expanding one's cultural horizon in a good thing as long as one doesn't fall into the trap of modern consumerism. Travelling ought to be something very special, an opportunity to immerse oneself in another culture and truly learn something about the world we live in and about the fragile ecosystems we are currently destroying at full speed, and not just to shop for new short-term experiences. I think air traffic should be abolished.

Re: How many countries/cities have you travelled?
Lived:
Germany - lived there until I was 22.
England - lived there for 4 years, travelling between England, Germany and Spain.
Then I lived between Berlin and Spain travelling back and forth for 3 years.
Spain full-time - 2 1/2 years.
Visited:
Argentina, Ukraine, Austria, Czech Republic, Italy, Sweden, Switzerland, Iceland, Belgium.
This is a short list, but I actually travel a lot to cities and often repeatedly, so I've been to many of these countries many times and used to travel back and forth between Germany, Spain and England *a lot* 3 times a year at least. Due to allergies I'm also restricted to countries where I can at least read the language and ideally where I can find a local who knows where to find food that won't kill me. I always have to bring my own food when travelling and find a place where I can cook as well. Travelling like this is difficult, and with some places I have to send my husband ahead to scout out the place for food options. We're in the planning stage for Mexico and Brazil for example, both seem doable. US not so much due to food restrictions on flights, you need all sorts of special paperwork. Getting there, not so bad, but flying back to Europe is the big problem. Even with these issues I've made the 14h flight over to Argentina twice already, so it is possible to do even long trips. I'm dreaming of Japan and Australia one day and I'm also thinking of buying a caravan for big European road trips, especially Spain, France and Italy, but those are still just dreams so far.
Travel planned for this year: We've already been to Madrid this year, Germany in April, probably another trip to the other side of Germany in summer, Madrid and Paris in October, Moscow in November. Busy busy.

Re: How many countries/cities have you travelled?
Well I got there sooner than expected No Italy yet though.Obviously I want to visit the countries where my languages are spoken. I long especially for Italy, Portugal and Croatia, but I don't think I'll get there anytime soon...
Updated list:
Russia - Moscow, St Petersburg, Vladimir, Suzdal, a few small towns in the Moscow region. Last time I wrote that
and now I've been to Vyborg and Yaroslavl properly. Also Ivanovo, which is the easternmost place I've visited.I really wanna visit Vyborg, Kaliningrad, Yaroslavl
Ukraine, Crimea
Belarus - Vitebsk, Minsk, Polotsk, Gomel, Brest, the two castles near Minsk (Mir and Nesvizh)
Finland - Helsinki, Turku, Tampere, Kuopio, Imatra, Lappeenranta, Valamo (New Valaam), Varkaus, Leppävirta, Hämeenlinna, Oulu, Porvoo, Vaasa, Savonlinna (in my profile pic), Kotka, Jyväskylä, Iisalmi, Joensuu, Rauma, Pori, Rovaniemi, Sodankylä. I've also got to do some sightseeing/shopping in between trains in Kouvola (6+ times) and Lahti. Technically I've also been to satellite towns of some places above like Nokia and Naantali.
Poland - Warsaw, Kraków, Wrocław, Poznań, Gdańsk/Malbork/Sopot, Bydgoszcz/Toruń. Also multiple overnight stays during bus trips, including Szczecin
Germany - Berlin, Hamburg, Bremen, Dresden, Osnabrück, Köln, Aachen, Eisenach, Weimar (maybe one more small town) I've also had a flight with an overnight transit in Frankfurt and I saw some of the skyscrapers in the evening.
France - Paris, Lyon, Lille, Lens, Toulouse, Bordeaux
Montenegro - Podgorica, Cetinje, Budva, Kotor, Perast, Tivat airport
Portugal - Madeira, Lisbon and Sintra
Spain - Madrid and Toledo
Also Sweden, Czech Republic, Malta. 5 hours in Brussels. Amsterdam airport (and the nice square right outside it).
It's not always mentioned explicitly, but I've been to the capitals of all the countries I listed above.
I've also visited two countries without going to their capitals - Croatia and Turkey. I've been to Dubrovnik and Istanbul. (despite having less than 24 hours between my two Turkish airlines flights, I visited the Asian part of Istanbul too)

Re: How many countries/cities have you travelled?
35 countries. All holidays.
Mostly Europe. Few Africa, middle east, Asia.
None in the Americas, nor Australasia/nz.
Not got too much of the travelling wanderlust now. Lots of places are samey and materialistic.
If i were to travel it would be slow/off beaten track, getting to know or stay with locals and family friendly.
Vietnam is one of the few places i'm interested in.
Maybe safe, chilled parts of south America or a few other places. Maybe quiet parts of Scandinavia (so all but ten places?) But only when warm.
Llubiana was lovely.
Oh dear, wanderlust may be back.
