Re: How many countries/cities have you travelled?
I discovered the passion for travelling abroad fairly late. I had by then visited 15 of the 17 regions of my own country already. Since a few years ago I travel as much as I can across Europe and have lived in 5 cities of 3 different countries. Also, I have travelled quite a lot across some of the countries I've visited during several trips. For instance, I visited many places in 10 of the 12 Dutch provinces when I used to live there. May I consider myself a slow-pace traveller? I think I am, since during the last few years I've been moving countries and discovering the lands spread around my base points through a number of regular short trips.
So far I've been in:
Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, France, Germany, Italy, Portugal, Slovakia, Spain, Sweden, The Netherlands, United Kingdom (England, Wales and Scotland) and Vatican City.
ALthough it isn't that much, it keeps growing!

Re: How many countries/cities have you travelled?
So far I have a huge list consisting of:
-Australia (lived here for my whole 21 years)
-Japan (visited twice for a total of 5 weeks)
Though as I will be going on exchange to Germany for a year from February, I plan to take full advantage of the travel opportunities Europe has to offer.
I would also love to see more of Australia as I have lived here my whole life but have only stuck to the east coast. It's such a huge country that I feel I would need a month or so and just drive around the country and see what it has to offer. I work in a tourist park in a coastal town and constantly meet travellers, both Australian and not, who tell me all about their travels and it makes me very jealous (As a side note, this job is amazing for speaking European languages as in the warmer months, I meet at least 1 new german speaker per day and a fair few french speakers as well so this is even better motivation to study). Unfortunately for my bank account, I have a very long list of places I want to visit so I hope that in 1 years time, I will be able to add a fair few more countries to my list, especially since Mannheim is only a stones throw away from other countries (at least to an Australian it is haha)

Re: How many countries/cities have you travelled?
Yeah, my list isn't very impressive but I guess I'll share it here finally. After all, I don't have anything else I could be doing with my friday evening, like, I dunno, language learning or anything like that.
England - I am being specific because I have never been to any other part of the UK. This is my country of origin, where I have lived for all but one year of my life. I haven't seen nearly as much of this country as I would like to yet.
France - Disneyland Paris, when I was wee - hardly remember a thing.
Turkey - One family holiday yeeeeears ago - can't remember anything.
Germany - Coach trip down the Rhine river - I just remember it being beautiful.
Portugal - Week long trip to O Porto and Lisbon on my year abroad. I liked the former city more than the latter, it has to be said.
Spain - I spent 11 months living in Santiago de Compostela (university year abroad) and visited all of the major cities in Galicia, along with a few other little places. I spent a day and night in Asturias, (in Oviedo and Gijón) where I fell in love with asturian cider. I went to Madrid (and Toledo and Segovia) for New Year's which was amazing, then took a trip down the east coast later in the year, visiting Valencia, Murcia and, of course, the great Barcelona, which I much preferred over Madrid, if I'm honest.
Edit: I just remembered that I also went on holiday to Tenerife a number of years ago, and I'm going to Lanzarote in October, so that's something.
Edit #2: Italy - In December 2016, I finally made it to the country I have wanted to visit for as long as I can remember. I spent the majority of my week exploring Florence which was one of the most marvellous places I have ever visited, but I also popped over to Pisa for a few hours one day.
