Middle-English speakers!

Postby RianSiorai » Sat Feb 04, 2017 10:33 am

This may be a silly topic, but I've wanted to get a certain quote from A Song of Ice and Fire as a tattoo in Middle English. Now I have some money to spare, I'd appreciate your input.
The quote is from Sandor Clegane: "A hound will die for you, but never lie to you. And he'll look you straight in the face."
If some of you could help me with this, I'd appreciate it.
Thanks!

I've gotten the same type of help, but from an English forum, one where professors reside. I got something in Old English. That was years ago, and I can't remember what the forum was called. Sorry.

You may have better luck at somewhere like that.

You're not a C1 (or B1 or whatever) if you haven't tested.
