Bummer, that's not nearly so pretty as on Chrome on a Mac or iPhone.

What browser/OS combo are you using?

Worked fine for me on my Chrome instillation (even zooming in).

Google Chrome 44.0.2403.107
Windows Embedded 8.1 Pro
...and:
Chromium 44.0.2403.89
Linux 4.1.2-2-ARCH #1 SMP PREEMP

It is fine on any zoom level except 175%, 200% and 300% on both.

EDIT:
...and a greasemonkey piece of CSS script that someone shared on here that I should have looked at before activating. Everything's fine now.

Is there any way of getting better support for punctuation in the progress bar markup? For example, I have a progress bar for Michel Thomas Insider's Spanish, but I have to write Insiders without the apostrophe. It's a small niggle, but if there's a way of escaping common punctuation characters that would be useful.

The normal escape character is the backslash, but I don't know if it is implemented in the progress bar. But try Insider\'s to see if it works.

That doesn't work either, but thanks for trying :)

A bit of research turned up this page Escape characters for html which is probably more helpful to you. I think the one you are looking for is, '

Have a go with that.

phpBB probably already escapes any entities in that field. I did a quick test using the preview function to confirm that and it doesn't seem to work. Anyone willing to find a solution rather than just throw out ideas they haven't even tested? Testing with the preview button is very quick and easy. If nothing works, the code probably needs to be modified to allow it.
