How to add languages and levels

Postby n_j_f » Wed Sep 02, 2015 1:28 pm

Hi there

This is a stupid question, but I can't figure out for the life of me how to add languages and levels under my profile. I've added this temporarily as a signature but can't figure out how to make it appear to the right.

Thanks

The fields don't appear in your profile to edit until you've made 3 posts. I see that you've only made 4 total, so they wouldn't have been visible until you made this post here.

So just go back to edit your profile and it should be there now.

This should really be in the FAQ...

Thanks for the quick response.

Funnily enough, I had just posted something else and then saw I was able to add my languages . . . I thought I was very clever and worked it out but now I see that's not the case. :roll:

If you mean the progress bars, you need to post it as code like this:

Code: Select all

[progress= ]3/52[/progress] French In Action chapters :
[progress= ]562/3810[/progress] Memrise French words :
[progress= ]7/30[/progress] Pimsleur French 1 lessons :

This puts the title after the bar, which allows them to line up evenly. If you want to put the title before the bar use this code:

Code: Select all

[progress=title]2/7[/progress]

Note, there is 255 character limit in the signature.
