Unfortunately in January I took a (with the risk of sounding like a special snowflake) traumatizing job which put a stop to languages for 3 months. Thankfully around the first week of my new
Whilst walking home the first thing that came to mind was "I can focus on languages again!" and was filled with a lot of joy and relief, which really proves that you cannot be happy doing something you have no passion for, for 9 hours a day, having no time for your actual passions. I spent 3 months too run down, miserable and busy for anything other than work, dreaming of the day I could get back to what I loved doing.
I feel like I need a fresh start, so a fresh log too! Another reason I'm starting a new one is because my old one was very wishy-washy. I kept jumping between languages and getting distracted. So I will put as much effort as possible into them to get at least a high B2 before I start something else.
So here we go. Languages, resumed!! <3
