A modification of the Gold List Method?

Postby Voytek » Sun Apr 02, 2017 7:14 am

I have just found this on the Internet and just wonder if it is a modification since it does not mention the 20 minutes repeaitng routine. Just writing and moving on.

Don't think so. It says you need 30 mins, it just doesn't say quite how the 30 mins is divided up. But really the more important idea is that you stop before you get burned out.
